Returns & Replacements

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or return by contacting us at support@jugaadz.com within 48 hours of successful delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the issue
• A brief description of the problem

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or return.

Replacement Policy

Where eligible, we will replace the product with the same item at no additional cost.

If the same product is unavailable, we may, at our discretion:

• Offer a store credit for the purchase value, or
• Provide an alternative solution after discussing the available options with you.

Replacement requests can only be processed once per order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and complimentary items must be included.
• The product must not show signs of misuse, installation, modification, or accidental damage.

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection before the replacement or store credit is approved.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the request may be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

• A damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, Jugaadz.com will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup where available.
• Any other approved return reason, the customer may be required to self-ship the product. In such cases, return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure the product is securely packed. The returned parcel remains the customer's responsibility until it is received at our warehouse.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The replacement product is unavailable.
• The order is cancelled before shipment.
• The returned item is approved, and a replacement cannot be arranged.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after successful inspection of the returned product.

Shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable), and other service fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or replacement unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Consumable or disposable items after opening or use.
• Products with missing parts, accessories, manuals, or original packaging caused by the customer.
• Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
• Products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Return Requests Will Not Be Accepted If

Jugaadz.com reserves the right to decline return or replacement requests in the following situations:

• The request is made after the applicable return window.
• The returned item is not the product originally purchased from Jugaadz.com.
• The product has been used, altered, installed, or intentionally damaged.
• The product is returned without prior approval from our support team.
• The item is inadequately packed, resulting in damage during return transit.
• Required proof of damage (photos or unboxing video) is not provided for damaged or defective product claims.

The Following Are Not Considered Manufacturing Defects

The following situations are not treated as defective products:

• Minor colour variations due to lighting or screen settings.
• Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
• Slight differences in dimensions within acceptable manufacturing tolerances.
• Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, installation, or modification by the customer.
• Customer preference or change of mind after delivery.
